My mission is to enable, encourage and allow you to thrive. No one should live without colour and fun in their lives.

I started Bec & Call Support Services (currently in my 9th year)  because I wanted to create an organisation that provides a creative, fun, learning, and development environment for people with challenges. I am a mother with two beautiful young adult children.

Alongside my work as an Independent Disability Support Worker, I am currently in my 9th year of support work, with extensive experience supporting people living with disability, mental health challenges and homelessness.
 
I previously founded and managed a not-for-profit organisation providing 24/7 supported accommodation for up to six women experiencing homelessness. I independently oversaw the daily operations, client support, crisis response, advocacy and case coordination, while creating a safe and supportive environment where women could rebuild their lives.
 
This experience has strengthened my ability to provide compassionate, professional and respectful support. I focus on building trusting relationships, promoting independence and walking alongside each person through life’s challenges.
 

Above all things, I want what is best for my clients; to meet their needs, goals and aspirations. Giving them the support they need to stay healthy, active, socially connected and involved in the things that they love so they can enjoy everyday life and reach their full potential.

I am committed, dedicated and focused on my clients, caring, compassionate, and genuine. There is enjoyment in building strong relationships with people as well as taking a more holistic approach to my job.

Taking the time to get to know my clients and building strong relationships with them, is key. It helps me to understand their needs and how I can help them achieve their goals in life.  Always putting energy, care and love into the people I support.
